Damaged or Incorrect Item Return Policy

TRUEBAY will replace all damaged (manufacture or shipping ) or incorrect items within 10 days of delivery.  For items incorrectly purchased, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Please inspect the ITEM within this timeline and call 1-800-830-4605 or email us @ [email protected] to report any damage/error. Damaged or incorrect  faucets will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report is filed within 10 days of delivery.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faucet Return Policy

TRUEBAY  will accept returns of unopened and sealed faucets within 30 days of purchase. All returned faucets are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.Returns must be reported within 30 days of the original date of purchase and faucets must be returned to TRUEBAY in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

*** IF THE FAUCET HAS BEEN INSTALLED, IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. IF THE FAUCET IS DEFECTIVE, WE WILL FIRST ATTEMPT TO FIND AN ONSITE FIX BY PHONE OR SENDING A REPLACEMENT PARTS ( SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED ). IF THE FIX CANNOT BE DONE ON SITE. WE WILL TAKE BACK THE FAUCET, FIX IT AND RETURN IT AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. AT ANY POINT, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
