FAUCETS, GARBAGE DISPOSALS & SHOWER SETS

 For Residential Installations:

Truebay warrants this product / accessory to be free from defective material or workmanship for as long as the original consumer / purchaser owns this product.  Proof of purchase ( receipts or invoices ) from the original consumer / purchaser must be made available to Truebay for all warranty claims. For all residential usage the warranty is ( 5 ) five years.  This warranty is non transferrable.  This warranty does not apply in the event of product damage due to the use of other than genuine Truebay replacement part(s), misuse, abuse or improper care and maintenance, installation error (whether performed by a contractor, plumber, service provider or member of the consumer’s household).  The warranty excludes damage due to water conditions or aggressive air, abrasive or harsh cleaners and / or materials.  Any Part(s) or Products Repaired or Altered in Any Manner Without Written Authorization from Truebay Will Void the Warranty.  You Must Have either the Truebay Faucet Box, Garbage Disposal Box and or Shower Set Box; whichever item(s) consumer purchased.

Truebay may reserve the right to repair or replace any defective Truebay product covered under our warranty.  Truebay will not be held responsible for shipping or handling costs of items that need to be repaired or replaced.

LIMITATION on DURATION of IMPLIED WARRANTIES:  To The Extent; Law Permitted, Any Implied Warranty, Including The Implied Warranties of Merchantability and of Fitness for Particular Purpose, is Limited to the Statutory Period or The Duration of This Warranty, Whichever is Shorter.  Some states and provinces do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply.

LIMITATION of Special, Incidental or Consequential Damages:  Truebay Will Not Be Liable for Any Special Incidental or Consequential Damages ( Including Labor Charges to Repair, Replace, Install or Removal of This Product ), Whether Arising Out of Breach of Any Express or Implied Warranty, Breach of Contract, Tort, or Otherwise. Truebay Will Not be Liable for Any Damage to The Faucet, Garbage Disposal,  and / or Shower Set Resulting From Reasonable Wear and Tear, Misuse, Abuse, Neglect or Improper or Incorrectly Installed, Maintenance or Repair, Including Failure to Follow the Applicable Installation, Care and Cleaning Instructions.  Some states / provinces will not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

FOR COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS:  For all commercial, industrial and business usage the warranty period is three ( 3 ) years, from date of purchase and except for duration, all other aforementioned warranty terms apply.  Batteries are not included in the warranty for both Residential and Commercial warranties.

Truebay, at it’s sole option, will provide replacement part(s) or product / accessory – free of charge ( or if no longer available, a comparable product ) to replace those which have proven defective in materials or workmanship.  The warranty does not cover shipping cost of parts or the handling of shipping.  This warranty does not cover labor charges incurred and / or damage sustained installation, repair or replacement, nor incidental or consequential damages.  The warranty is applicable only to Truebay faucets, garbage disposals, and / or shower sets manufactured after May 2019 and installed in the United States.

This Warranty is Exclusively in Lieu of all Other Warranties, Including any Implied Warranties of Merchantability or Fitness for a Particular Purpose.

This Warranty gives the original consumer / purchaser of a Truebay faucet specific legal rights which may vary from state to state or from province to province.  In some states or provinces, the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not allowed, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

If The Faucet, Garbage Disposal, and / or Shower Set has Been Installed, It cannot Be Returned nor will Truebay accept Product(s) / Accessory that has Been Modified or Tampered.  If The Faucet, Garage Disposal, and / or  Shower Set is Defective, We Will First Attempt to Find a Solution By Sending Replacement Part(s) ( shipping not included ).  If The Fix Cannot Be Done on Site, We Will Repair It and Return It at No Cost to the Customer.  At Any Point, Shipping Costs Are Not Covered Under The Warranty.  Consumer / Purchaser Will Pay for Shipping & Handling Fees.

ONE YEAR ACCESSORY WARRANTY: 

Truebay warrants to the original consumer / purchaser that all of our products / accessories will be free from defects in material / component and workmanship under normal use for one ( 1 ) FULL YEAR.

Our warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, misuse, alterations / modifications, negligence, environmental conditions, improper installation, storage and handling; nor any labor expenses. Truebay may elect to repair or replace any defective Truebay product accessory part covered by our warranty.

SINKS

For Residential Installations:

Truebay warrants to the original procurer of a Truebay stainless steel sink that it will, at its option, repair or replace such product if it is found by Truebay, if determined in its sole judgement or discretion, to be defective under normal residential use.  The sink must have been properly installed according to Truebay’s instructions.  This limited warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the initial installation from the original procurer.  In the event of a limited warranty claim, proof of purchase will be required, so please maintain a copy of all receipts and/or invoices.

This is a limited lifetime warranty and does not apply to commercial installations.                               

1. This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:

• Damages or defects that occur during shipping, installation, alterations, accidents, abuse, misuse, environmental factors.
• Improper maintenance and use of other than genuine Truebay replacement parts
• Malfunctions caused whether caused by a plumbing contractor, service company, the owner or any other person.
• Deterioration through normal wear and tear and the expense of normal maintenance.
• Application for Commercial use.

2. Options and Accessories.

          a.  Truebay’s limited warranty on these items is one year for parts only.

          b.  This one year limited warranty covers accessories manufactured by Truebay against defects of material or workmanship.

          c.  Limited warranty coverage begins on the date product was originally purchased by the purchaser.

          d.  Postage or shipping and handling costs for returning products for repairs or replacement under this limited warranty and labor or other costs incurred in connection with                       product removal or installation under this limited warranty.

3. Any Liability for Consequential or Incidental Damages, Including Labor, All of Which Are Hereby Expressly Rejected.  Requests for Extension Beyond the Duration of this Limited Warranty will not be granted for any Implied.  Limited Warranties, Including those of Merchantability or Fitness for an Intended Purpose.

4. Responsibility for compliance with local code requirements.  Since local code requirements vary greatly distributors, retailers, dealers, installation contractors and users of plumbing products should determine whether there are any code restrictions on the installation or use of a specific product.

5. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have other statutory rights that vary from state to state or from province to province, in which case this limited warranty does not affect such statutory rights.
